The asar Project (TaP) is wholly committed to creating brave, safe spaces for everyone! Spaces where we can have authentic, enriching, honest conversations. Our curriculum is varied, our space is brave, our intention is non judgement and our hope is that through these conversations we begin to operate with greater self awareness.
Our programmes are designed to cater to a diverse community with thoughtful and intentionally designed sessions that encourage people to explore who they are and who they want to be. This space is for us to practice generative thinking and to engage not just our heads but our heart and gut as well as. We hope to build the muscle of enquiry, sit with tough questions and in the process expand our world view.
Building a community through the creation of brave and safe spaces is at the heart of our programmes. A community that is a microcosm of what our world has the potential to be. A world that is kind, inclusive and one that is a safe and brave space for each one of us.
How
Input
Our sessions will provide an overarching framework, access to articles, summaries of ideologies etc to stimulate unexpected conversation. With an aim to listen to and learn from different perspectives, we hold space to ask the difficult questions, understand personal viewpoints and have the courage to express.
Introspection
Inner work is the core of what we offer- through journaling and reflection or through one on one mentorship. Finding ways in which to debrief what is happening in the sessions is a critical accompaniment to the project.
Inspiration
Most of the sessions we offer have a component that involves a guest speaker. Our speakers are thinkers, creators, sometimes failures, entrepreneurs, artists. They have made a commitment to speak with fierce authenticity, brave vulnerability and will give us an insight into who they are.
