What is this programme about?
​
We are a diverse group of professionals ranging from our mid 20s to the mid 40s from 5 different countries around the world committed to creating spaces and journeys for young adults to find their greatest potential. The programme aims to give people spaces to talk, to learn about subjects like inequity, race, priviledge etc. using tools of introspection, reflection, discussions, listening to speakers and mentorship
When do I have to pay?

50% of the fee is due within 1 week of acceptance.
The remaining 50% is due after the opening of the program.
​
We do also understand that there might be hesitation/restrictions to be able to pay the whole amount.
Please write to us and we can together work towards something.
How long is the programme for?
​
TaP will go on for 4 months.
​
Each TaP+ theme is for 1 month.
​
Mentorship is available at any time you wish to start.
How much time commitment will be required of the participant for this programme?
​
TaP - 2 hrs a week plus 1 additional hour per month for a one on one mentoring session.
​
TaP+ - 2 hrs a week
What do I have to do?
​
You will need to ensure that the participant has the space to be available for 2 hours (TaP) and 2 hours (TaP+) and if possible a quiet space for them to reflect and work in. Apart from that, nothing. Though maybe this time will foster the desire for deeper conversations with the family or others around the participant.
How many participants will be in a program?
​
We don't have a fixed number to the number of participant, though each batch will not have more than 10-12 participants.

What is the structure of the programme?
​
We meet every Saturday for a total of 2 hours for TaP and 2 hours for TaP+.
​
These sessions will be facilitated by Archana Rao, Sahar Thompson or Anand Sadana (our bios are below)
​
For TaP we will also have one mentoring call with the participant once a month for 1 hr.
​
One Saturday every month will have a guest speaker who is renowned in their field. The speakers will talk about themselves with authenticity and vulnerability encouraging curiosity and a lively discussion.
What will the participant get out of the programme?
​
Our hope is that the participant will have a better understanding of who they are and who they want to be in our world. Develop skills in critical thinking and curiosity and learn to voice their feelings and ideas authentically. We also hope they’ll make life long friends and develop an attitude of being a learner.
